Your reserve is considered confirmed only when Sea And Wave Málaga has received the deposit.
A guarantee deposit is requested to maintain your booking. The amount varies depending on the apartment booked. For some apartments, this deposit simply requires you to provide us with your credit card details. Please ask for more details. If any damage is caused to the property or its fittings and furnishings, you should inform us immediately so it can be repaired as soon as possible.
Once Sea And Wave Málaga has confirmed the availability of your chosen apartment, you are kindly requested to pay a deposit of 20% of the total price by bank transfer, credit card or through secure payment platform on the web. Please remember that your booking is only confirmed once Sea And Wave Málaga has received your deposit. You will then receive an e-mail confirming your booking. The outstanding balance is to be settled at your arrival unless agreed otherwise. The outstanding balance on some apartments may be settled by credit card, subject to a 2% surcharge. Please ask for more details.
4.- CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES
Sea And Wave Málaga will not accept a booking cancellation unless it is made in writing. The cancellation deadlines and administration fees are as follows:
For cancellations up to 60 days before the start of the holiday, 100% deposit will be refunded in full fewer 30 euros in respect of the handling fee.
Between 60 and 31 days before the date of arrival: 50% of the total amount due will be refunded fewer 30 euros in respect of the handling fee.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the start of the holiday, no refund of deposit. For cancellations from three days before the commencement of the rental or in case of no show, will charge your credit card the total amount of the reserve.
Changing the number of days: if you intend to stay for fewer days, your payment does not change; if you intend to stay for more days, you will be required to pay the corresponding supplement upon arrival. Any change of dates by a client will be handled as a new stay and subject to the terms of cancellation.
Changing the number of guests: if there are fewer guests, the outstanding balance remains the same; if there are more guests, you are requested to pay the corresponding supplement upon arrival. Before your arrival: if the owner cannot provide the apartment you booked with Sea And Wave Málaga, we will do everything we can to offer you a similar apartment, based on availability. If a mutually agreed solution cannot be reached, both contracting parties have the right to cancel the contract. In this event, Sea And Wave Málaga will reimburse the client for the full amount paid (excluding, where applicable, the amount corresponding to any time spent in the apartment).Sea And Wave Málaga may not be held liable for any other claims made by a client. A request to transfer to an apartment other than the one confirmed in the booking will be considered an effective cancellation. A new booking is required to change apartment. This is considered a new booking and, as such, is subject to Sea And Wave Málaga´S General Terms and Conditions.
5.- PROCEDURE ON ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
- Arrival time: after 14:00 pm.
- Departure time: before 12 am.
If you didn´t provide your estimated arrival time upon booking, please do so at least three days before your arrival date. This will help us to ensure a timely check-in. Accordingly, you are kindly requested to phone u, send a SMS or an e-mail when you arrive in MALAGA so that one of our agents can meet you at the time agreed by telephone.
If for any reason you are going to arrive ahead of schedule, please let us know a few days in advance so we can arrange to accommodate you in your apartment as soon as possible.
Sea And Wave Málaga undertakes to rent the property in a clean and tidy state. Clients are required to leave the apartment as they found it.
7.- NUMBER OF GUESTS
Clients are required to inform Sea And Wave Málaga of the number of people included in the booking. Initially, and unless a specific agreement is reached with Sea And Wave Málaga, only the number of people indicated on the booking confirmation may occupy the property. The number of people may not exceed the number specified and agreed for each apartment. Likewise, and unless agreed otherwise, parties and pets are not allowed and If any of the above rules are broken, Sea And Wave Málaga reserves the right to ask the client to vacate the apartment. In this case, the client is not entitled to any financial compensation.
Clients should conduct themselves in a polite and proper manner, being responsible for the conduct of the people accompanying them. In the event of any improper, irresponsible or anti-social behaviour, Sea And Wave Málaga reserves the right to ask the client to vacate the apartment. In this case, the client is not entitled to any financial compensation. It is strictly forbidden to make any noise between 9 pm and 9 am, hold parties in the apartment or play loud music. If the police need to be called, Sea And Wave Málaga reserves the right to ask the client to vacate the apartment. In this case, the client is not entitled to any financial compensation. Clients are required to sign the terms and conditions of use upon arrival at the apartment. . Clients accept these terms and conditions whenever they rent a property through Sea And Wave Málaga, and are therefore expected to uphold them.
Both the owner and Sea And Wave Málaga are exempt from any liability for direct or indirect damage that may be caused through the use of the apartment, including but not limited to: damages, loss due to fire, theft or criminal behaviour. If any of the above rules are broken, Sea And Wave Málaga reserves the right to ask the client to vacate the apartment. In this case, the client is not entitled to any financial compensation.

Booking and Payment
Book a rental apartment or other supplementary services announced on our website by using the initial search option on SEA AND WAVE MÁLAGA homepage. Enter arrival and departure dates and number of people into the search option.
Please remember that children under 3 years old stay free of charge.
Once you have selected your preferred apartment, please enter your personal details for the booking. To confirm your accommodation booking, you are required to pay a percentage 20% of the total amount. To confirm some supplementary services, you are required to pay the total amount. This payment can be done online through secure payment platform, by Paypal or by bank .
The dates will be blocked for your stay in the select apartment and our reservation manager will contact you to complete your booking.
A member of SEA & WAVE MALAGA will be there to meet you in personal and provide you with information on your apartment booking.
To ensure everything is perfectly organized for your arrival, please:
- Confirm your estimated time of arrival. If you arrive by plane, you may hire our Private Transfer Services straight from the airport to the apartment.
- Upon arrival, you are requested to sign the apartment booking form, show your ID or passport and provide credit card details, which are used as a guarantee to cover any possible damage caused during your stay. Once the formalities have been completed, we will hand over the keys.
Check in policy
- The check in time on the day arrival is 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.
- For the arrivals before 4 p.m. Please, contact with us.
- For arrivals after 10 p.m.: an additional fee of 20€ is charged up to 11:59 p.m. , and 30€ after that time.
